

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the item is damaged in transit, is faulty, differs significantly from the item description, or is not fit for its intended purpose.
Goods must be returned unused and in the same condition as received for inspection within 14 days of receipt of purchase at the buyer’s expense.
Refunds are not usually provided if you simply change your mind or choose incorrectly.
If a refund is accepted, we will contact you to confirm approval.
Refunds will only be made via the original payment method within 5 business days excluding any processing period taken by 3rd party payment portals beyond our control.
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please submit your warranty request inclusive of your contact and product particulars with details outlining the nature of the claim or required repairs PRIOR to the return of goods. Subject to review, we will confirm whether return is necessary.
When your item is received and inspected, we will advise details of the fault and remedy, either repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion. If we determine a return does not qualify under the Australian consumer law guarantees, we will contact you outlining our reason for decline. This may include aggravating circumstances related to misuse, abuse, accident, excessive wear and tear and/or environmental factors, in which case we will provide a quote for repair or replacement.
Custom made straight cables, shipping and any applicable insurance costs for initial purchase or return shipping are not refundable.
