Aurumax technicians provide in house original equipment manufacturer warranty and non-warranty servicing and repairs support for our products plus non-warranty servicing and repairs to other manufacturers metal detector headphones and related audio equipment including:

 

• Audio fault finding.

• General maintenance.

• Supply and/or fitment of replacement audio connectors, strain relief, coiled and straight fixed audio input cables.

• Supply of new detachable audio input cables to any wiring configuration.

If you require assistance, please submit your request inclusive of your contact and product particulars with details outlining the nature of the required servicing and repairs PRIOR to the return of goods. Subject to review, we will confirm whether return is necessary.
