SHIPPING

Australia wide shipping is via Australia Post, either Regular parcel post (3-5 days) or Express post (1-2 days). Delivery times vary depending on your choice of post and location, please refer to the Australia Post website for current estimates.

International shipping is not available.

Shipping costs include packaging and postage which are levied on the total order weight within 5 tiers:

​

• 0 to 125 g                     Extra Small letter < 20mm thickness

• 125 to 500 g                 Extra Small package

• 500 to 750 g                 Small package

• 750 to 1500 g               Medium package

• 1500 to 3000 g            Large package

Be aware that the weight of your order aggregates as you add items into your shopping cart with shipping charges calculated automatically at checkout. Where multiple items are purchased in a single transaction, they will be packed and sent together if possible, to keep costs to a minimum.

When your online purchase is complete you will receive an order confirmation email with shipping/collection details.

Insurance is not included, Australia Post does not provide compensation for orders over $100.00 in value, please Contact Us prior to purchase if this is required and we will obtain a quote for you.

When sent, Australia Post will send a text message to your phone that includes a link which will allow you to track your package (not available for regular letters).

If we are unable to despatch your order within 2 business days we will notify you.
